the location is excellent, near retiro park with many restaurants and shops nearby. i also found the staff polite and helpful.. the room was spacious with a nice power shower.

the location is really central , and the rooms had a great mix of modern and practical design. i traveled for work so having functional rooms was important. it hit all the marks.
the room felt worn , the bathroom sink did not function properly. the hairdryer cut out after three minutes. staff offered only an extra throw when i requested heating.

the location was perfect near plenty of restaurants and shops. the room service was twice daily and kept everything tidy. the breakfast had a huge selection so many choices.
there were some minor works happening but it did not bother me much.

I loved that the staff was super attentive. They were always ready to help! our room was clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfortable. the air conditioning was a lifesaver because it was super hot outside! plus, being right next to a metro stop made getting around the city easy.
honestly, everything was so great, it's hard to find a fault. the only slight thing was that i thought the minibar prices were a tad high, though that's pretty normal.

The location is fantastic for anyone wanting to explore upscale shops and restaurants. A metro stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance. This provided quick access to tourist spots. The staff were super attentive and helpful, especially when my flight was delayed and I arrived after 2 a.m.
My room faced an interior courtyard, so I did not have a view of the street.
